The Future is Here: Upcoming Smartphones of 2021

Technology never sleeps, and the ever-evolving future of smartphones is proof of the constant innovation that keeps us connected, anytime, from anywhere. The highly anticipated smartphone launches, scheduled by technology industry leaders, for 2020-2021 are no exception. Smartphone enthusiasts worldwide are waiting with bated breath to own one of these much coveted devices:

1. iPhone 12 Series
While the name of the iPhone 12 series phones is yet to be released by Apple, we’ve all been following the original trend of 12, then pro and max. However, experts believe that there will be a fourth iPhone launched in the 12 series as well at a whopping 6.7″. The basic iPhone 12 will measure 5.4″ while the pro and max will be 6.1″ each. Pundits have weighed in that the phones will have a mini in the midst while the launch is scheduled for mid-October.

2. OnePlus 8T
OnePlus has been happily teasing the October 14 launch of its 8T series, which should be an upgrade to the eight launched earlier this year. The OnePlus 8T will refresh faster at 120Hz and have improved 1100 nits brightness on a 6.55-inch display screen. That will make it the slimmest OnePlus yet. The pliable panel will be 2.5D. As for the color space, it will be DCI-P3. As for the battery, OnePlus notes that it will have a capacity to deliver 65W speed charging.

3. Samsung Galaxy Note 20
Samsung launched the 2020-2021 Galaxy Note20 and Note20 Ultra 5G’s in August 2020. Both phones are smooth to the touch and make writing with the A Pen as easy as writing regularly.
The Galaxy Note20 features a 6.7in flat display and 393 PPI. As fit the Galaxy Note20 Ultra, it carries a 6.9in edge Quad HD+Display and features a 496 PPI. Both devices are HDR10+ certified and have a refresh speed of 120Hz. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 weighs in at 194g conjugated to the Ultra’s 208g. There are some differences with the triple cameras they both carry. The Note20 has a 10mp Selfie Camera, and on the rear, there’s 12mp ultra-wide and wide-angle and 64mp telephoto camera. The feature scene optimizer gives you shot suggestions and can detect flaws. Note 20 Ultra’s rear camera is 12mp ultra-wide, a 108mp wide-angle, and a 12mp telephoto camera.

4. Microsoft Surface Duo
This phone, which was incredibly anticipated by smart device fanatics, has a dual-screen folded. It functions as both a phone and a tablet. This slick device is what you’d call the hybrid if smartphones. Its operating system is Android. Microsoft Surface Duo has a 5.6-inch screen display or preferably two of those when you flip it open. It also features Corning Gorilla Glass on its screens. One screen gives an aspect ratio of 4:3, and the resolution offered is 1800 x 1350-pixel. From a tannery perspective, it is 8.1 inches; ARs provide a 3:2 aspect ratio.

5. LG Phone B Project
Talk about top-secret, and you’ll be referring to LG’s Rollable Smartphone. It is widely known as the ‘B Project,’ with the launch date set for June 2021. Some reports claim the prototype is underway, and named for company CEO Kwon Bong-Seok. Like LG fans, we’ll be monitoring any details leaked on this anticipated phone, and lining up at the launch, just like you!
